1- Shop Online

You can go straight to the shop page or the different categories on the site and start shopping. Once you add items to your cart, you will be prompted to go to the checkout page to complete your order.

A good place to start is with our Asmalls Fit Guide which will tell you all about the fits of our Asmalls brands. Or, once you have selected the product you want to purchase, you can click on the “Find Your Fit” button next to the product image. This will show you a chart that will help you select the correct size for your dimensions. If you purchase an item and you are not happy with the size, you are more than welcome to return it to us, subject to our Returns Terms and Conditions.

The easiest way is to chat with us using the live chat on our website or drop us a line on our Contact Us page. We process these queries right away!

If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click on the “FORGOT PASSWORD? link on the “Sign In” page. We will then email you a link where you can reset a new password. You will be given three chances to enter the correct password, after which your profile will be locked.

2- Deliveries & Returns

Please note that we only accept payments via Payfast, Your order will automatically be processed once the order is successful.

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of R60! You will get free delivery on orders over R500

*Orders placed to outlying areas may potentially be delayed. Should this occur, one of our agents will contact you and keep you updated along the way.

Your order will take between 2-5 working days* (i.e. excluding weekends and public holidays) to get to you. You can track your order online under my account and we will also notify you via email when your order has been received, when your order has been shipped & when it has been delivered to your chosen address.

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided when you placed your order.

To track your order, visit asmalls.co.za and select “track my order” at the bottom of the page. Enter your order number and we’ll tell you the status of your order!

You can also track the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on “My Orders”. Once you have selected the order that you wish to track, you will be able to see if your order has been received by us or if it has been shipped.

We deliver anywhere in South Africa – to your chosen physical address.

3- Online Payments

Asmalls subscribes to the highest security and encryption standards, allowing our customers to shop with absolute peace of mind!

Through the use of 3D Secure / Payer Authentication, online payments are now authenticated and verified, allowing for protection against any unauthorized use should your card be lost or stolen.
